Looks like my notebook will be working real nice on linux! I found some good guides, the only problem seems to be the ACPI Table, which looks a bit buggy.

I just ordered some Linux-CDs at Ubuntu CD Distribution Database. They even send them free of charge! Time to try Linux again on my laptop, maybe Ubuntu will do the trick and get all the needed things to work! I’ll keep you updated.
As I surfed the other blogs of some “Hagenberger” colleagues, I noticed a significant (100%) trend to writing/ranting in English. So well, I’ll be lame and join the crowd.
